Bought a cat condo with no hardware. Emailed to purchase since I don’t actually order from the company. They would have replaced free otherwise. Communication was decent but sketchy since there is no actual way to know what you’re purchasing. Tracking was in Italian and provided no info. Emailed again and was told it would be in English. While it was in fact English, it offered no help and it always said “unavailable”. Worried, but it was delivered USPS after about 17 days. Condo looks great though!

Still have not received the rest of my order a month later. I ordered and paid for three replacement cushions but only received one. Pawz Road stopped answering my inquiries. Can someone please send the rest of my order???
